Refund policy
At My Picture Book, each book is carefully crafted just for you, using your personal customisation details. Because these books are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your book arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error (e.g., missing pages, incorrect text, or misprints), contact us immediately at contact@mypicturebook.co.uk. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that we assess all claims individually and may not approve a replacement or refund if the issue does not meet our defect or damage criteria.
Non-returnable Items
Since all our picture books are custom-made to your specifications, they are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for custom-made picture books unless your item is defective or damaged and your claim is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your claim for a defective or damaged item, we’ll let you know if it’s approved for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
