At My Picture Book, each book is carefully crafted to your custom specifications. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Production Time
Every book is made to order. Production typically takes 5–10 business days from the time we receive your completed customisation form and payment.

Shipping Time
Shipping within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping of £6.99 per order within the UK.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@mypicturebook.co.uk. We will evaluate each claim individually and assist you accordingly.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
